DES ARC UTILITIES is taking applications for a full-time water plant operator with a Class 3 License. Applicants must be able to work in extreme temperatures. This is a manual labor position that requires a physically fit applicant. Must have a valid Driver’s License, pass a background check, and drug screen. There will be required overtime and/or on-call time. Experience required but will consider all applicants. This position includes retirement and health insurance. Applications may be picked up Mon-Fri between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at City Hall (107 S 3rd Street, Des Arc, AR) or can be requested by email to carlee@cityofdesarc.com.
